before the order is processed. All deliveries are subject to stock and availability.

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with clear instructions as to what you need i.e. replacement, different size or colour or credit, with your best contact details.
Your Order:
Thanks for ordering we hope that your order is as you desired, that
everything went smoothly and that it reached you in a timely fashion.
If There’s An Error: If for some reason your order is not right. We will explain the steps to take.
Wrong Size *:
If the item is the wrong size and does not fit. You can return the
item to us and we can dispatch the amended size you require. We can only
do this if they are unworn and in original condition with all stickers
and tags attached if in a box make sure no stickers or labels are put on
the box, please do not send any item back that has been worn or is not
in its original condition, we will not credit them. It is up to you
how to return them but we recommend at least using a recorded service,
we cant be responsible for items we haven't received back. Please
return the incorrect item to us marked for the attention of Returns at
the address on your receipt, with the following information. Your full
name and address a copy of the receipt, the size of garment or shoes you
now need, now you can either pop a cheque in with the goods for £5.95
to cover the carriage from ourselves** to you of the correct size or ask
us to contact you for credit card details, where payment was made on
the internet we will debit your account, please enclose a mobile number
where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect: If you have
received an item that is damaged or not as described please contact one
of our Customer Service Operators who will gladly try and get to the
bottom of whats gone wrong.
Shortages: We must be
notified of all shortages within 48 hours of receipt of goods, this must
be done via telephone within the allotted time.
Faulty:
If you have a fault under the manufacturers warranty please return them
to us for inspection, manufacturers warranty covers failure of the
product and or materials used in the product, it does not cover fair
wear and tear, products damaged in use, i.e. toes worn out due to
kneeling when the product does not have a scuff cap, if you are unsure
of the right product for your application please call us we will gladly
give the best advice we can.
Water Resistant Many
boots are described as water resistant, they are not water proof, only
Wellingtons or products that are lined i.e. Gore-Tex, Simpa-Tex or
Mire-Tex lined are waterproof, Water resistant means resistant not
waterproof. Please do not return products other than those specified as
waterproof back for leaking.
Advice Slip Resistant
ratings, SRA, SRB & SRC are ratings for how high the slip resistance
of a product is. please do not buy these products assuming that they
are a remedy for working in slippery conditions, PPE equipment is for
accident prevention and should never be used to resolve poor working
conditions, if an area has oil on the surface then using a medium to
absorb it or increase friction in it is the best solution, steel ramps
that get wet the best solution would be slip resistant coating of some
nature. Rubber soled boots seem to give the best grip when coupled with a
SRC sole but are not a solution to working in slippery conditions.
Returns restrictions:
* Please note bespoke sizes and special items are not returnable. Sizes 44-62, 84-120, 184-204, 144-158,
248-256 are the only sizes returnable. There are very few sizes not returnable. **
Returns carriage charge to yourself is £5.95 if you paid £5.95 or if it
was free to receive your goods, if you payed more than that originally
you will be charged the same as the original cost to receive your goods,
we reserve the right to charge handling.
Unfortunately any Underwear / First layer items are not returnable if opened this is for hygiene reasons and none other. |
