Description
The Goliath FlashMax DDR Foundry Safety Boots are specialist high-performance safety boots designed for demanding foundry, welding and high-heat industrial environments. Developed in conjunction with foundry representatives, the FlashMax combines robust protection with wearer comfort for hazardous working conditions.
Manufactured with a durable black leather upper, these foundry safety boots feature an aluminium 200J safety toe cap and protective midsole to help protect the feet from impact, compression and underfoot hazards.
The advanced DDR injected high-wall rubber sole provides excellent durability and heat resistance, with the outsole capable of withstanding temperatures up to 300°C. Flame-retardant stitching and laces provide additional protection when working around heat, sparks and molten materials.
For foundry applications, the FlashMax is certified for protection against molten metal splash, while the quick-release Velcro overflap allows the boot to be removed rapidly when required.
A removable PU footbed and padded construction help provide comfort throughout long working shifts, while the water-resistant upper makes these boots suitable for demanding industrial workplaces.
